If for any reason you are not satisfied with an IBM Certified Pre-owned PC you acquire, you may
return it to IBM within seven (7) days after you receive delivery to obtain a full refund.
For 7-day Money Back returns, the credit card refund will be completed with your bank within 10 business days after the machine has returned and the serial
number has been verified by our warehouse.
If you call after seven (7) days but within fifteen (15) months of receiving delivery, an equivalent Machine selected by IBM will be shipped in exchange for
the original Machine. Such replacement will be shipped after you have returned the original Machine to us.
These options do not apply to non-IBM programs when sold as a separate product when the license seal and/or shrink-wrap has been broken.
Replacement Machines are shipped via UPS Ground and should be received 5-7 days after your defective machine has been received and verified by our warehouse
How do I return the equipment?
Contact our Technical Support Hotline to set up a refund or return order. You'll be sent a pre-paid
return shipping label. All returns must include the original Machine, power cords, keyboards, mouse, and any other associated documentation that was
originally shipped with it.
Can I get a replacement shipped before I return the original machine?
The replacement can be shipped before the return, only if you
agree to pay for the replacement unit and have a refund issued once your defective return has been received and verified.
