Announcement to Customers: Change of Out Of Warranty (OOW) Part Sales Partner for Lenovo ThinkPad Parts

Dear IBM Part Sales Customer,
It has been a pleasure in serving you, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support, and creating the working relationship we have today.
IBM prides itself in the service and experience it offers to all our Lenovo Out of Warranty (OOW) Partners and from that we would like to notify you of a change for Lenovo OOW part requests and shipments belonging to ThinkPad parts.
Effective August 1st 2017, OOW parts requests for Lenovo TP products will be handled by Flex.
Please direct all company details and contacts through to email@example.com who will manage your account creation and proactively communicate with you informing you of the change process and answer any questions you may have, feel free to also contact the sales team directly with any queries +44 1925 260 700.
With regards to all other part requests (including Lenovo ThinkServer and X86 Server parts) please be informed that they will still be available through the regular IBM Part Sales channel.
